If Florida beats Alabama tomorrow, they probably should jump into the top-10. Just like BYU probably should have jumped into the top-10 after week 2 - and probably would have fell down to about their current position after a close one to UH and Texas losing again the following week.

But for some reason, you can only move up or down a certain amount based on your previous ranking - and preseason rankings definitely count. If you are preseason unranked, it's a very difficult road to get into one of those top-4 spots.
