The problem with Houston wasn't that they ran a better Defensive scheme, it is just that we kept turning the ball over. In the second half, we went to smash mouth because we could. This cut down the turnovers and let our defense rest, but it also slowed the pace of the game. Seriously, people act like the game was in doubt. Had we not had a large lead to work with we would have opened up the offense more. I'm not sure that there is a lot you are going to pick up from Houston's scheme that wasn't there with Texas, other that we didn't turn the ball over against Texas.
I'm far more concerned about what Houston did to us on offense. Virginia doesn't have the players to take advantage of the film there. . .
