If you want a more challenging but incredibly beautiful bike ride,
go do Gooseberry Mesa. It's one of my all time favorite bike rides. It's similar to the Slick Rock trail in Moab. It's not too technical, but it's a bit longer so if you have people that aren't bikers, it's not for them.
