BYU averaging 95 Penalty Yards per game. Over/Under for this game?
I think they will clean it up and have less than 60 yards penalties. Also the refs won't be as nit picky as they have been. I also think Virginia will equal the penalties as they get frustrated BYU's nasty but legal hits and their own fatigue.
