The system and the media have created the response. All the media has talked
about is that BYU has to win with style if they want to be considered worthy of some of the big rewards at the end of the season such as a NY6 bowl or even the playoff. Fans then watch the games with the mentality that winning alone is worthless and a lack of style is the same as a loss because that's what Corso and friends told them to think.
