With just a decent set of wins and a 3-1 record, they were able to catapult themselves into the polls by putting up 70 on the board against a power 5 team. I'm not asking BYU to put up 70, but blowout scores and a few games scoring 50,60+ is the kind of thing that make voters say "wow".
