While the safety had an angle advantage because he was in full pursuit before Blackmon was back to full speed on the change of direction.

I think Hill needs to make a slightly better throw, but I also think Blackmon's cut was to sharp to middle of field as he was behind entire defense he should push his cut upfield a little more. Hopefully with more experience this is something he and Hill can recognize and improve on.
