If you watch the play Blackmon had to slow down to make the catch

While the safety was speeding up at the time to get to Blackmon, so the safety was at top speed before Blackmon was. Add to that the angle the safety took and it makes sense why he was caught. Our other WR's probably would've only gotten 30-40 yds on the play rather than 56.

Or maybe Blackmon isn't as fast as we think he is.
