Maybe I'm wrong and it's not worth the penalties; however, I think the chippiness is just what this team's identity is. It starts with it's coaches and leaders.
While Taysom isn't getting penalties, he gets right in the other team's face if he thinks they do something they shouldn't. I personally love the fire. Wish they could tone it back some on the after-the-play stuff, but this team's leaders seem like they're just going to get pissed off if things don't go their way.
On the drive where Taysom ran through the DB's horse collar tackle, Taysom just looked mad to me. He ran on almost every play and just looked like he didn't care what people thought, he was going to just run right over Virginia and get it done.
