I spoke to someone who spoke with BYU marketing and Ath dept. about the attendance subject, and they feel the students are not showing, having redemption on an avg of 17K Sports Passes in previous years, and around 10K today. That changes things right there. I think as BYU gets tougher to get in to, the kids that do get in, are likely to be less rounded, because they will be so academic focused. One idea, would be to close down all labs, the library, the cougar eat, the bookstore, one hour before game time, and reopen one hour after. We need to fill up that stadium! Also hearing good news about an Indoor Practice facility, and hope to see formal announcement on that soon!
