We had the ball just as many possessions as they did in that first half. if we were scoring TD's in 30 seconds and then giving them the ball back then it would be all on the D.

To go 3 and out or punt within a minute of possession is not the D's fault.

Yes our defense allowed some very long, sustained drives by Virginia's offense but when we got the ball on our turn we gave it right back to them very quickly.
