I'm in the minority that agree with you. Blackmon doesn't appear to have that

"Oregon speed" we've seen in players like De'Anthony Thomas and Lamichael James. Perhaps being a smaller guy, he gets weighed down a bit more in pads? Not sure. I like Blackmon, and seeing him juke multiple defenders on returns is fun. I just don't think he quite has the breakaway speed we were hoping for. I hope I'm dead wrong. Let's hope he just wasn't warmed up!
