He is on a mission coming home in February and feels that he needs to go Spring/summer. They said he has to send a Y message to change his deferral from fall semester to spring. His mission president said to have the parents take care of it so he can focus on mission work. He sent his password but I cannot understand where to send the message. Any help would be appreciated.
