It's early in the season, but this is about the best we can hope for. We are 4-0 and ranked in the top 25. All the P5 teams in front of us will play significantly harder schedules to finish up. With each of them knocking each other off, our 0 in the loss column becomes more and more valuable. Our toughest game left is arguably Cal, which in other conferences would be comparable to a bottom feeder type game for a USC, Oklahoma, or Alabama. That would be a game they would expect to walk away with no questions asked. Given the circumstances, we should be greatful we are in the position we are in.
