Mike Leach has made a very successful career with this model, so not really a
surprise.
Texas Tech had gaudy passing stats, but didn't ever dominate the BigXII. It is a very entertaining brand of football to watch, but Leach is doing it in back water locations in big conferences against much more talented competition.
