We have a efax service that we've tried for the last few weeks.....in summary we are NOT getting a LOT of faxes, and the person sending them is not getting an error to know that it didnt go through. So we're waiting for something from them, they are thinking they send it, we follow up and find out they sent it 2 weeks ago, blah blah blah.

Does anybody have this issue with an efax service they are using? Is there one that any CBer is using that you feel is really, really reliable?
