A female employee was using the bathroom when a male outside vendor walked in on her. Naturally she's upset about it. Who is to blame? Here are the facts...
-Female employee goes in bathroom during lunch.
-Office is closed during lunch so she thinks she's alone and doesn't lock the door.
-Outside vendor is in the back installing new software and has to use the bathroom.
-Vendor opens the bathroom door and walks in on female employee during an "embarrassing moment".
-Female employee says vendor should not have used the employee bathroom since there's a sign on the door that says "employees only" and says he should have used the customer bathroom located at the front of the office.
-Vendor says she should have locked the door.
I sided with the vendor so now the female employee is pretty upset.
