actually the 84 michigan team was injury plagued through the season, but
had most of those players back for the Holiday Bowl.
the 1981 one is funny, but I remember the NCAA actually employed a researcher during the season to try to accurately identify how many records McMahon had broken. They were coming up with new ones almost on a daily basis.
