It's because they only have speakers in the NEZ sign. It's plenty loud when

sitting on the north side, but clearly not as loud when sitting on the south. I actually have a hard time hearing the band when i'm in the North since they sit in the South. The real question is why don't they put speakers in the SEZ sign? That question i believe was answered above. I believe it has to do with city noise ordinances that the neighbors complain about.
