My ex and daughter are going to be moving to Ogden area to work at Hill AFB so I'm going to follow. I've been contracting for all of this year but will take a full-time W2 position by Feb at the latest. I would like to move sooner than later and buy a place but know it will be difficult (impossible?) as a contractor to get a loan. Any of you mortgage guys on here that can help me out? BM me, please.
