your cable tv does. Coaxial cable. However, they also need power. This is why I bought the cable from Sewell.com that has both the power and the data cable together. They use BNC connectors at both ends.

The kit came with wires like the big spool I bought from sewell but they weren't

I did it with help from my warehouse manager. Running cable is running cable.
