I haven't been to Provo in years so I know nothing about Bam Bam's. But I've seen a few posts about it and so I did some reading online today. A few questions for those in the know:

1. Is "Bam Bam" a part owner or just the guy who runs the pit?
2. Has it been confirmed whether he used to work with or for John Lewis at La BBQ in Austin?
3. Anyone know what kind of smoker Bam Bam's smokes their meat on?
4. What's the connection with BYU football -- is he just a fan and offered to have Bronco shoot his show there? An advertising sponsor?

I know this is a somewhat random series of questions, but figured that some of the many CBers probably know the answers to some of these questions. I'm interested in BBQ joints and this was a place I just learned about.
