My wife and I are thinking about building a house
We've found a nice neighborhood and we're working with a builder who has a very good rep and appears to do a very good job.

One thing: we just found out today that 10 out of the 76 homes in the development have been purchased by an organization that places people with Down's Syndrome and other disabilities, in an effort to help them live independently. There's also a nearby development of patio homes. The same organization has purchased 6 of the 66 units, to be used for the same purpose.

Would this affect your decision about purchasing a house in this development? Do you think the resale value would be significantly affected? Feel free to send BMs.
