As far as recruiting, this team is made up of mostly guys recruited from 2010-2013... Not very good recruiting those years, especially with some of the coaches we had, who are now fired. 2014 picked up a ton and 2015 is doing well. Problem is we won't see a lot of these guys for a few years. But it has improved a lot...

I don't give Bronco credit though. Even Bronco himself admitted it's because Martzen came in and showed them how it's done. Martzen, plus some of the new coaches, got Bronco to finally expand out and be more open in recruiting. It's paying off, but we won't see those results for a while... Well, then they have to develop that talent as well, and Bronco isn't too good at that. Hopefully they do because we really do have some monster talent coming... mostly on the defensive side.
