If you're questioning Bronco's personnel decision, I agree with you.

But if you're questioning Bronco's ability to develop defensive talent, I think you're bonkers. He has consistently developed players beyond their talent over his entire tenure. Maybe he stepped his foot off the gas a bit this season, but the talent he has right now (considering both raw athleticism and game-time experience) is the poorest he's ever had (partly due to injuries and partly due to just having crappy players like PoVey on the field).
