Frankly, I think Bronco is at his most awkward when talking about a National Title. He sounds delusional to me.

BYU has had exactly ONE undefeated season. That came after a string of NFL starting QB's and while BYU was innovating the passing game in college football.

Since BYU's ONE undefeated season, several other non-Power schools have gone undefeated. None of them have won a National Title. BSU and TCU had multiple undefeated seasons nearly consecutively.... neither ever made it to a place to even compete for a national title.

Until the playoff goes to 8 teams, it's not in the ream of reasonable conversation for BYU to win a National Title EVEN IF they break through and get that second undefeated season in school history.

Or even if they get two in a row -- which has never happened.
