Here, have some blue kool aid for those parched of thirst. Fresh from Christian.
Remember the days when we judged the offense based on how many passing yards the QB racked up, and how many TD's he threw for vs. Int's?

Remember how we hung up those stats because Riley and Hill were both runners? Here, let me prove it to you:

Hill only has 2 games to his name where he passed for 300+ yards (417 @ HOU '13; 339 vs. Boise '13), and only 4 games with 3 passing TD's or more (3 vs. USU '13; 4 @ Hou '13; 3 vs. Boise '13; 3 @ UCONN '14).

Riley in his whole career only boasted 3 games with 300+ yards (@ Haw '11; vs. Oregon St. '12; @ San Jose St. '12), and only 7 games with 3 passing TD's (3 vs. SJSU '11; 3 @ Oregon St '11; 3 vs. Idaho St. '11; 3 @ Haw '11; 3 @ Tulsa '11; 3 vs. Idaho '12). Never had more than 3 in a game.

Guys... Christian Stewart -in only his 2nd game as a starter- tossed the rock for 400+ yards, and threw 4 TD's. Aside from James Lark's 384 yd/6 passing TD frolic at New Mexico State, we haven't seen a 400+ yd game since the Max Hall days, and haven't seen 4 passing touchdowns in a game since Jake Heaps was at BYU.

Our defense is a mess, but Stewart looks much more like the QB we are all familiar with. It was fun watching him throw the ball against Nevada, and it will be fun to watch him the rest of the season. Let's get behind our QB.
