That wasn't one incident, it was several
And some were later retracted. Particularly the "gang rape" one.
There was an incident of partying at a house with alcohol.
An incident of porn on an Xbox... or something like that.
And the alcohol and gang rape accusation that was later recanted.
Maybe I mis-remember some of the details but there were separate incidents.
