...and other things don’t bear it out. … There’s no one that has worked any harder than him." - Bronco's words when referencing Howell this morning. Howell, in fact, isn't doing a good job at all and the statistics are exactly what should be taken into account when making this assessment.

I fired a bishop once who I knew was a wonderful man and worked hard both in his calling and at work. The problem was he did a terrible job and probably wasn't qualified for the job. I felt really bad about it, but couldn't risk the company's success by keeping him around.
