So Howell is doing a really good job, and the problem is execution by the players. I always thought that getting proper execution from the players was the coaches job, in which case Howell would not be doing a good job, according to results. But according to Bronco, Howell is doing a really good job, so I take that as it is the players job to perform proper execution. So... if that is the case, why the need for coaches? just give the players the playbook and tell them perform each play correctly. any questions???
