Everyone has a credibility meter, yes. That should be obvious.
There are definitely candidates that I don't think are credible. If there aren't any candidates that you consider lacking in credibility, then you would be a poor person to suggest a replacement because while Bronco has problems he is better than some. So YES, OF COURSE, they have to meet a "credibility meter." Duh.
