to fire howell and run the defense as long as he's here at byu. Along with that Holmoe should go out and bring in a new offensive coordinator who has complete control over offence and who are the coaches on offense. Leave the punt/kick/two points and final say on recruits to Bronco. Along with the father figure and GA approach Bronco loves.

As a personal mentor and DC I think he's phenomenal but when he tries to be a helicopter coach hovering over the team with no fix responsibilities he's miserable. He's also miserable at picking coaches as well and thats why Holmoe should be left with that responsibility on offense side.


I don't believe Bronco wants to leave BYU and would accept the compromise if he was faced with losing his job. A million dollar salary a year is hard to give up whoever you are.
