yeah if you don't and haven't lived in utah in the last 10 years its hard
to understand fans switching. bronco, with all of his weird arrogance and proclamations and bad performances, byu independence, and utah to the p12 have all combined to make the perfect recipe for utah's significant gain in market share within the state.
there's not been a good reason for a kid younger than 15 to want to be a byu fan. there's been almost no good news in his lifetime, and no season that resembles what utah has done.
