I think the complaint is very close to irrelevant. Doman was reportedly getting heavily recruited by several big schools, including Texas, when Bronco pulled the trigger to make him the OC.

Dupaix, Doman, Weber, and Hill are all examples now of guys who were not elite coaches.

What do we think about Atuaia at RBs, 2J on the Oline, Poppina/Tidwell at linebackers? I think they have all been good. Are we only going to think they are good if they get pulled off to a bigger program?

What about Anae leaving for Arizona, which is arguably a bigger program because it is P5, and then coming back to the Y?

This complaint really doesn't make that much sense. At best it is a slight indicator of the coaching environment at BYU.
