Balancing the schollies is probably the least of his worries.
As much as we want to make it otherwise, the GAs of the church share Bronco's priorities and where the ones who gave them to him. He was given the charge (almost a calling) to put football about where he says it is in the priority list - 5th. From what I understand (and I'm too lazy to go look it up) some of his early interviews were with members of the 12.

His real bosses judge his success by what happens with the kids off the field and what kind of ambassadors and young men and fathers they become. The problem is that none of the rest of us judge him on the same scale. We judge him for wins and losses. That's almost unfair.

There is no other job as difficult as his, IMO. He has to balance his religion with football and make them blend together in some weird way. Whether he wins or loses, he knows that when he goes to church, everyone around him is going to want to talk about it. There's almost no clear line dividing church and coach.

He's also got to babysit and hold the hands of 80 young men every night to make sure they aren't doing things that every other 18 year old considers normal. The honor code is what takes his job to the next level.

No other coach has to deal with that. Bronco has said that even he didn't understand how hard it would be going in to the job.
