If I could afford a really expensive house in Utah
I'd want one of the really nice ones on Harvard Avenue.

I know, I know. Area is too liberal. Too many Ute fans. But I love taking evening walks and it's such a cool, old neighborhood with interesting archtecture, mature trees etc. (reminds me of a nice neighborhood in the Northeast). Plus you get to attend church in the Yale Ward, which is a really cool, old building (George Albert Smith attended church there) that has a stained glass window where it looks like Jesus is delivering a pizza. Downside is that there are probably a lot of less active members that need "rescuing."

From an ambiance perspective, however, I'd much rather live there than an equivalently priced McMansion up on one of the benches (even though the McMansion would undoubtedly be much newer and probably larger). I also think I'd probably like the most of neighbors better (Ute fans notwithstanding).
