It's not based on "feelings." Mike Freeman interviewed Seahawk players who corroborated the view of Wilson by some players. And just for the record, Freeman is a former sports columnist for CBS Sports and has been a sportswriter for the New York Times, Boston Globe and Washington Post. I have no idea if he's accurately reporting what the dynamics are in the Seahawks locker room, but it's not based just on his feelings.
