You dont learn programming in grad school
If she wants to learn a language or a particular skill, she should do a boot camp. Or an online BS degree in Computer Science.
Online grad schools are for professionals who are already in the industry. Most grad schools wouldn't accept her without any programming experience or a relevant undergrad degree. If she finds one she can get into, it's probably not a worthwhile program anyways.
