If Taysom was in, the GFGH offense would be in full effect. Quick scoring drives giving the opponent the ball back quicker and more chances to slice threw the BYU defense.
Plus with the knowledge that BYU could outscore the opponent, the defense wouldnt have as much pressure on it. Playing more with a bend, dont break scheme.
But with the backup in, and the offense much more stagnant, it puts more pressure on the D to shut down the opposing offense.
If Hill was in for both USU, UCF and Reno, the final scores would be 4 td's more for BYU and 2 td's more for the opposition.
