Why were his offenses so bad in 2012 and 2008?
In 2012 - the first year after Jimmer left, his two primary shooters were Brandon Davies and Matt Carlino (two very inefficient offensive players).
In 2008, his primary shooters were Trent Plaisted and JT for 3. They were also very inefficient offensive players.
So, it seems when his system "fails," it's more because of personnel than the system.
