i went from 205 to 194ish with regular workouts and simply being more conscious
of what i was eating. my current job makes "dieting" difficult as i travel some and sometimes just have to get out of the office for my own sanity.

still don't have my waist where i want it...that's giving me the most issues. been bad the last 2 weeks but started up again last night. i'm surprised how easy it is to eat well when you regularly exercise. good luck!
