He's always been extremely possessive of things. Even things that are company property. He's gotten very angry at more than one of my coworkers for borrowing a company tool. He made a glue stick carrier that looks like a vest that holds shotgun shells.

I don't know what his problem is but my coworkers and I have talked on multiple occasions how we don't feel safe with him around. Of course if he was fired I don't think we'd feel safe either. You never can tell whether someone will harbor the anger of being fired and try to exact revenge.
