Bronco has done some good things. He's also done a lot of bone headed things. I agree with DS that doing firesides the night before games does something to the psychology of enough of the players that they may lose focus and may lose their edge. But, if the game outcomes were different I wouldn't care at all. When you lose so much, your methods are open to criticism. The criticism of the DC is not surprising, was rather pointed and tough, but again... when the results are horrible BM deserves this kind of criticism.
Like most folks, Bronco has strengths and weaknesses. One weakness is that he is a stubborn as a donkey and criticism will likely cause him to double down on stupid decisions.
