His points on Bronco's record are accurate but
He doesn't present a great case on why Sitake is better. Here's his ten criteria:

1. Active Latter-day Saint—I think this is important but IMO not required as any ethical Christian would be fine. I’d like to see something official on whether a HC needs to be active LDS.
2. Family Man—irrelevant
3. Born in Tonga – Polynesian Pipeline—we need some diversity on the coaching staff but I wouldn’t say the HC absolutely needs to be Tongan.
4. Raised in Provo—why? So he won’t get lost on the way to the stadium. Dumb.
5. BYU Alum--Useful to understand tradition, but not required.
6. Played Running Back--Or any other position, or maybe not at all if you can find the right coach.
7. Successful college coach currently killing it in a Power 5 conference--That would be great, but I would also take an up-and-coming star coach outside of the P5.
8. Great Recruiter--Yep, we need that.
9. Player’s Coach--Player’s coaches are better than not about 50% of the time. There are plenty of coaches that aren't "player's coaches" that are doing fine. In fact, most of the elite ones wouldn't be considered "player's coaches"
10. Complete Bad "Dude"--Yep.

So, only 2 of the 10 are actually important. Good thing Stevenson doesn’t make coaching decisions for BYU.
