But I don't think he delivered it how he should have. As a former player, Derik has a great platform for his voice to be heard.
I foresee this creating a lot of issues with Bronco's former/current players opinion out, it is possible it hurts the program more than he intended to help. Look at what has already happened in just three hours after it came out, B Pop has spoken out against Derik and Mike Alisa stood up for Bronco.
IMO, the best way for him to feel like he is helping is to get a group of former players that feel the same as him and go to TH in private and discuss their issues. Throw in some legacy members who have issues as well and he can get his point across much better than he can by ranting and gnashing teeth online.
