Notice how no one who rocks the boat lasts long--Anae 1.0 and Cahoon being prime examples.
Conversely, he loves to hire underqualified yes men. Unlike Stevenson, I view Doman as one of those. DuPaix and Howell are others.
Does anyone see any of these coaches going out on their own and being a Head Coach elsewhere at the FBS level? Doman is utterly out of football, as are DuPaix and Cahoon(?).
This is easily Bronco's most glaring weakness. Rather than assembling a team of rivals--or at least a team of supremely talented coaches--he seems content to stick with new guys who won't question him. Glad to see that Anae has control of the offensive staff now. I think Mark Atuaia's crew has been especially stellar--though bafflingly underutilized.
