I think it is a clear Bronco & LaVell hold the top 2 spots which means that saying he is one of the best coaches ever at BYU (at least football related) I'd say it is almost certainly true.

Now how far the divide between 1 (LaVell) & 2 (Bronco) is will be where the conversation is. That said I'd say the divide between 2 & 3 is significant and perhaps even bigger than between 1 & 2 when only considering percentages as 27 compared to 10 presents a lot of problems to over analyze with other aspects...
