It is a really excruciating decision.

The logic side of me says to pull the trigger. It is almost a no brainer. For 20k more than our house is worth, we could get 1200 extra square feet and another .2 acres. Yes the house needs to be updated, but it is livable and has a ton of potential for fairly quick and easy upgrades. We are starting to feel cramped in our current home and yard, so the extra space would be really nice.

On the flip side, the emotional side of me says stay put. We love our ward and neighbors, and even though we would only be moving 2 blocks away we would be in a different ward. Our young son has recently become really good friends with the other kids in the ward and has really come out of his naturally shy state.

We just keep going in circles as to what is the best decision.
