If you get away from records and from top 20 wins and top 20 finishes and just look at what some of the functions of the head coach, I think its easier to make a clear case against him. His hiring, management and promotion of assistant coaches has been terrible. None of his hires have had resumes to justify their hiring or promotion. And none of his assistants have gone anywhere.
