Bronco isn't one of those guys. Instead of trying to Stephen Covey-ize BYU football, he needs to just do what most guys would do in a position where they are over a program that doesn't get blue chip talent but has adequate resources: just outwork and out hustle everyone else.

Quit trying to be cute and different than everyone else. Just work your butt off. There is one thing he preaches I agree with: discipline. But good hades, if you are going to preach it, at least actually practice it.

Go put the HR and corporate success books back in the library, and just go eat breath and sleep football and do it more than anyone else on your schedule. That would be a good start.
